How the iPhone travel case’s 3-position rotating closure operates

This is the missing iPhone travel case Apple forgot to make. Handmade in Los Angeles from recycled hardwood, all of my iPhone cases are made to fit iPhone 4 and older iPhone 3, plus one charge adapter cube and one charge cable, a central stash box for extra SIM cards, with a customizable ID label inside.

The unique 3-position rotating closures are made from remnant aluminum and can be turned to allow the iPhone to charge inside the case. Each travel case measures approximately 7x4x1.7 inches. They are ideal for plane trips, bus and train travel, and overnight hotel stays. Available in 15 colors: clear, imitation mahogany, imitation walnut, raspberry, crimson red, vermilion scarlet, tangerine, lemon yellow, grass green, pine green, kingfisher blue, royal blue, deep purple, black, or white, your choice (see photo, top right). The finish is odorless water-based varnish, your choice of gloss or satin. SPECIFY DESIRED COLOR AND FINISH when ordering (mix-&-match OK for orders of multiple cases).

Most of the cases are red oak because this hardwood is available in the largest quantities. Occasionally smaller quantities of other hardwoods, including maple, walnut, and mahogany, become available—inquire for availability of these.

NOTE: these cases are for iPhone and its adapters ONLY. They will NOT accommodate Android or Blackberry smart phone chargers. For quantities of 5 or more, please inquire (each one is made to order). I also offer smaller cases for various smart phones only (no charger or cord storage space).
